UX/UI RESEARCHER AND DESIGNER

overview

Tget is an online tickets marketplace, where the user can browse through all events,
shows and entertainments and purchase tickets.
This site's business model is to take a commission off every sale by collaborating with other businesses.
The problem is that any user can at any given moment buy the tickets from the business itself.
I have decided to create a platform which will serve all user needs from browsing through events
to purchasing the tickets in the most convenient and safest way.

THE PROBLEM

The main problem is that all current platforms and websites in the market dont serve all users needs.
most platforms in the market dont have good search engine by filters and categories, and only gives a decent alternative for purchasing online tickets.

THE GOAL

The main goal of this platform is to keep the users engaged in the platform until the purchase.
By providing them a smooth, simple and elegant experience, and provide all users needs
from better search engine to secured and convenient purchase wizard.

User Research

My research included quantitive research with 123 participants and 5 Target Audiences
(27 teenagers, 30 singles, 15 married couples, 40 families with children and 12 seniors)
who purchase tickets online.

Main Advantage

The main advantage of most users is conveniece and speed when security is also important to them

Knowing that the girls are visiting their grandparents this weekend, Nimrod is looking for an interesting show to surprise Ronit.

Nimrod doesn't have much patience to browse events and wants to select and purchase tickets as quickly and as safely as possible.
