Tget is an online tickets marketplace, where the user can browse through all events,
shows and entertainments and purchase tickets.
This site's business model is to take a commission off every sale by collaborating with other businesses.
The problem is that any user can at any given moment buy the tickets from the business itself.
I have decided to create a platform which will serve all user needs from browsing through events
to purchasing the tickets in the most convenient and safest way.
The main problem is that all current platforms and websites in the market dont serve all users needs. most platforms in the market dont have good search engine by filters and categories, and only gives a decent alternative for purchasing online tickets.
The main goal of this platform is to keep the users engaged in the platform until the purchase.
By providing them a smooth, simple and elegant experience, and provide all users needs
from better search engine to secured and convenient purchase wizard.
My research included quantitive research with 123 participants and 5 Target Audiences
(27 teenagers, 30 singles, 15 married couples, 40 families with children and 12 seniors)
who purchase tickets online.
For most users the systems are quite intuitive and do not need help from others
Most users order is an average of 1 ticket per month
The main advantage of most users is conveniece and speed when security is also important to them
I have found out that Most users use the system for up to 30 minutes.
The main difficulty for teens is:
the process of ordering the ticket and paying.
(dont have credit cards)
For senior citizens the existing systems are not comfortable at all Which includes business contact information, booking a ticket, payment and choosing seats.
The main difficulty for families with children is:
Reminders about the event
The main difficulty for married couples is:
lack of reviews of the event
The main difficulty for singles is: lack of reviews of the event

Each day, he begins work at 8 in Tel Aviv on the 27th floor and arrives home near 8 quite tired.
Knowing that the girls are visiting their grandparents this weekend, Nimrod is looking for an interesting show to surprise Ronit.
Nimrod doesn't have much patience to browse events and wants to select and purchase tickets as quickly and as safely as possible.

My preliminary research involved researching four systems available on the market currently. I compared four competitors based on five different parameters: visual display, search engine, ordering process, information (business and event) and reviews..
